Bacidina delicata (Bacidia delicata)

Growth type crustose
Chemical results negative

Found on shaded rocks and stonework and on basic bark, often over-growing mosses.

Finely granular pale green to fawn thallus with whitish to pale pink apothecia. Spores 3-7 septate, (21-)24-48 × 1-1.5(-2) µm. Pycnidia +/- immersed, the curved conidia 21-40 × 1 µm. Paraphyses with swollen tips, to 5 µm wide. Microscope photograph below.
